2025 Updates

Maintenance Closure

The spa has a scheduled maintenance closure between Aug 3, 2025 and Aug 27, 2025. Due to the length of closure, we will be suspending all club memberships for one month, between Aug 3, 2025 and Sept 3, 2025.

Spa Club Notice:

Dear Spa Club Members,

The Everett House has been in operation for almost 50 years, and our beloved houses are nearly 120 years old! Because we are open 7 days a week, it can be challenging to take care of some of the larger maintenance needs. Normally each year, we close for one week in the summer to take care of these larger projects. This year, we have some even bigger exciting projects planned, and as such will be closing the Everett House for 3.5 weeks in August.

Closure will begin on August 3rd, 2025. Our tentative date to reopen is Aug 28th. Our contractors have assured us of completion within our timelines, but as with all construction projects, surprise issues can arise, so we ask for your patience in advance if we need to add a few extra days.

Due to the length of closure, we will be suspending all club members payments for one month starting Aug 3rd. All members have the option to suspend their membership for 1 month within each 12 months. This will not count against that option.

How it works: Each member has a date your auto-payment is processed. You will have from your scheduled auto-payment date until Aug 2nd to use credits and again from Sept 3 until your next auto-payment.

Example Only (exact information will depend on your auto-payment schedule): If your auto-payments are scheduled on the 15th of each month. Your July 15th payment will run as scheduled. This provides you with credits available and an expiration of Aug 15th.

With the suspension scheduled, you will have from July 15th - Aug 2nd to use available credits. When the suspension is removed on Sept 3rd, your credits from your July payment will become active again and the expiration date will be extended to Sept 15th.

To keep everyone’s auto-payment scheduled on the same day, we must do a full 1-month suspension. If we were to schedule it from Aug 3-28th, everyone’s auto payment would be adjusted when the suspension is lifted, and we want to cause as little disruption as possible.

Because of this, there will be a few days between Aug 28th and Sept 3rd where members will not have access to any credits. Between Aug 28th and Sept 3rd, members will receive 50% off any length of spa sessions. Because of the quantity of members we have, we request that exceptions or other options are not requested.   

Lastly, but worth noting. There is no option to create a mass suspension within Mindbody. I will be manually adding this suspension to every member’s account. 2024 Updates

Dear Massage Club Member,

We want to thank all of you for being a member of a collective group that values the importance of self-care.

To fairly compensate our dedicated staff who make our healing services possible, we find it necessary to raise our current massage rates. Both regular rates and club membership pricing will be adjusted. If you have had your membership for less than one year you will maintain your current pricing until you reach the end of 12 months. Upon auto-renewal, the new pricing will take effect. If you have had your membership for longer than 12 months, the new pricing will be applied to any payments occurring on are after Apr 1, 2024.

We have analyzed current pricing throughout Portland and feel confident that we will continue to offer one of the best massage memberships available. Your membership benefits will not change. You will still receive a discount on massage rates as well as your complimentary spa session to be used with each massage appointment. Reminder: complimentary add-on spa sessions are to be used in conjunction with massage appointments only and cannot be used independently on another date).

Beginning Apr 1, 2024, massage club pricing will be as follows:

1 x 60-Minute Massage Club: $100 (with spa, a savings of $35 per month)

2 x 60-Minute Massage Club: $190 (with spa, a savings of $80 per month)

4x 60-Minute Massage Club: $370 (with spa, a savings of $170 per month)

1 x 90-Minute Massage Club: $140 (with spa, a savings of $40 per month)

2 x 90-Minute Massage Club: $265 (with spa, a savings of $95 per month)

4 x 90-Minute Massage Club: $515 (with spa, a savings of $205 per month)

Beginning Apr 1, 2024, regular massage rates will be as follows:

60-Minute: $115

90-Minute: $160

You can also find a link to the “Club Member Modification” form used for suspensions and/or terminations. Any changes to club benefits must be submitted 2 weeks before your next auto-payment. If submitted with less than two weeks’ notice, the change will go into effect the following month.
