Request an Appointment

WE REQUIRE WAIVERS ON FILE BEFORE REQUESTING APPOINTMENTS!

If it is your first visit or you haven’t been in for over a year, please complete a waiver for the type of appointment you are looking to book (see buttons below) before requesting an appointment. Completing the waiver will create a Mindbody profile for you, allowing you to add your contact info (important for confirmation emails) and credit card information.

If you are completing both waivers (for spa and massage), complete the first by choosing the option “New to Everett House”. On the second, choose “Already have an account” and use the login and password you’ve already completed on the first.

After completion, it will direct you to the Mindbody website to request an appointment. You can also come back here to choose the type of appointment you would like. Either way, you will be directed to the MindBody website where you can choose the type and length of your appointment.

Requesting more than one appointment? All guests must have a completed waiver before requesting an appointment. If you wish to request appointments for more than one person, please have everyone complete their waivers first. Once complete, one person can request an appointment, and in the notes section of the request add the phone number(s) and name(s) of the other guests. This way we can make sure to book you all at the same time. We love a good surprise, so if you want to surprise someone, give us a call or shoot us a text and we will help get you set up without them being alerted ahead of time or completing a waiver.

For the sake of efficiency, we do not take reservations via text. Preference is given to online requests so that we can approve requests in the order they are received. If you need assistance or have additional questions though, we are here to help!
