As a wellness center, the health and safety of our guests and team are our highest priority. In an effort to provide a safe space, please familiarize yourself with our illness and cancellation policies below.
Illness: You agree to cancel your massage appointment if you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of a contagious illness. This includes but is not limited to colds and cases of flu. If a massage appointment is not canceled by you, but you disclose or demonstrate that you have signs and/or symptoms of a contagious illness you understand that your service may be denied to you, and you will be responsible for a late cancellation fee.
Cancellation policy: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please text us more than 24 hours in advance at (503) 782-6486 to avoid late cancellation charges.
Appointments canceling or changing therapists within the 24-hour window will be charged 60% of the price of the massage appointment scheduled. Same-day cancellations will be charged FULL PRICE. We understand that unforeseen occurrences do occur (including but not limited to illness, traffic, etc...) but we do not make exceptions to this rule in order to be able to compensate our therapists for their scheduled time.
